OFFICE MANAGER/LADIES’ MINISTER

Wendy Wilson was born on December 5, 1973 in Angleton, TX. Her family moved to Grapevine in 1979 where they were members of Lonesome Dove Baptist Church until they moved to Oklahoma in 1993. Wendy surrendered her life to Christ at Falls Creek Camp in 1981. After some undergraduate studies, Wendy married Beau & moved to Azle in 1996. They have raised two sons, Hayden & Dylan. She has loved volunteering with Pre-K age children since the age of 12 & currently is a Pre-K Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Azle. Wendy has always loved serving her church family & began working here in 2011 as Office Administrator. In 2016, she felt called to help lead the Ladies’ Ministry. Wendy says, “I am looking forward to what God has planned for the Ladies of First Baptist Azle!”
